Prepare an assortment of apple, blueberry, and cherry turnovers in your cafe or bakery, or create bite-sized appetizers like broccoli-cheddar puffs. Also great for entrees, offer an ultra-tender, savory beef wellington served with a side of roasted garlic herb potatoes and carrots, or prepare a puff pastry chicken pot pie to satisfy your customers' comfort food cravings. From breakfast to dessert and everything in between, this puff pastry dough sheet adds flakey, buttery goodness to any recipe!
Whether you're short on counter space or time, this ready-to-bake puff pastry dough sheet eliminates the intensive task of folding your own dough sheets from scratch without compromising on made-from-scratch taste. To prepare, remove your desired number of sheets from the freezer and place 12 sheets in a 4 x 3 configuration on a silicone paper-lined pan. Thaw covered loosely for approximately 15 to 30 minutes, then fold to form turnovers or individual pastries. Bake at 375 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 minutes if unfilled, 30 - 35 minutes if filled with fruit, until golden brown. Ensure that the pastry is thoroughly browned on all sides to prevent collapsing when cool.
